The deadline to submit consent forms for your child to be included in the yearbook is Saturday April 1st, 2017 at 9PM ET.
If we have not received your consent by the deadline, we will assume that you DO give consent.
In order for your child to be photographed and included in the Jafaria School Yearbook, we will need parental permission.
All Jafaria School parents have been emailed a link to an online permission slip for each student. All you have to do is select “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether you give permission to Jafaria School to have pictures of your child included in the yearbook, which will be published this year.
Therefore it is imperative that you click on the link in the email to indicate your preference as soon as possible.
If we do not receive a response from you prior to your Class Picture Day (each class will be taking pictures during the month of April, based on coordination with each teacher), then we will assume that you consent to having your child’s picture included in the yearbook.
